Overview

294,230 $ARB (3.825m $ARB in total) is being distributed weekly to traders based on their performance among 4 categories: fees, PnL, PnL (%), loyalty.

These were identified as a balanced set of categories that reward positive behaviors for the protocol (fees & loyalty) and the trader (PnL & PnL (%)), encouraging growth and retention.

Please note that the allocation may differ depending on epoch. Below is a breakdown of each incentivized category for the current epoch:

Epoch 13: Fees

294,230 $ARB (100% of incentives) is distributed weekly based on open & close fee spending. Traders are rewarded a portion of the rewards based on their share of fees spent. The higher the fee share, the larger the reward.

Trader rewards = traderWeeklyFees / protocolWeeklyFees * 294230

Example: Trader A pays $500 in fees throughout the week. The protocol earned $250k fees in total. Trader A will receive 500/250000 * 294230 = 588.5 $ARB

*Fee category rewards are capped at the total amount of fees earned by the protocol. Market value of $ARB rewards is determined at time of weekly snapshot. So if 294,230 * ARB/USD > total fees, the distribution will be reduced accordingly.
